Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Innovative Engineering & Technology Institute (JMIETI) organised Annual Convocation on 15.09.2018 Sh. Krishan Kumar Kataria, Director Technical Education, Haryana delivered the convocation address. Dr. R. S. Chauhan, Director, JMIETI welcomed the Chief Guest and gave his opening remarks. In his speech he wished the graduate students for bright & prosperous future. He also focused on previous achievements of institute in terms of educational, cultural, research work, sports & remarkable achievements. In convocation address, Sh. Kataria ji emphasised that achieving the degree is not sufficient, one also needs to be patient enough to achieve positivity in all the endeavours. In his speech, he focused on various aspects of society like education, global warming, health & women safety etc., thus highlighting the role of the teacher in moulding the image of the students. Dr. Ramesh Kumar, General Secretary, BOG proudly said that the institute is touching the heights day by day with the collaborated efforts of the students and teachers. He also mentioned that Mukandians, where ever the go will reflect their family and college. 82 Graduate Engineers students were awarded the degrees of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The branch toppers i.e. Mr. Rajat Grover (ECE), Ms. Deepa Goel,(CSE), Mr. Rizul Babbar (Civil Engg.) and Mr. Bhupesh Kumar (ME) were awarded Gold Medals.
