Fresh Perfection Today I visited your place, Richmond

Road, Lexington, KY, for lunch, and was so pleased to see that each and every employee had a smile on their face and a happy attitude. The gentleman who waited on me was most accommodating to me in that I wanted "fresh" cooked chicken. He explained that he would be more than happy to do what I wanted but that it would take some extra minutes. Being in no hurry, I agreed. By the way, the gentleman's name was Quintin Wingate, I know because I asked him.

Well to tell you the truth, it was really worth the wait. The chicken was cooked to perfection and tasted even better.

Thank you for treating a senior with care and respect. Would I come back to your place again? You bet!! And when I can, I'll bring others with me. I don't live in your town but whenever I'm in the vicinity of your restaurant, I will certainly come again and that just might be sooner than you think.

“I love your chicken. It’s the best fried chicken around. I could eat a bucket full of just breading and skin. If I wasn’t afraid of being arrested, I would go to KFC and lick other people fingers, that’s just how good the fried chicken is,” reports a carry out customer of Back Mountain, NC KFC.

“I think it’s awesome that ya’ll help the less fortunate and you have no idea how much that food warms our (homeless) hearts, not just our bellies. The food was very tasty. Granted, I am kind of grading on a curve, as the homeless will eat just about anything if hungry enough, but let’s just say, in that case, it would be in the delicacy department. I sincerely thank you for your kindness shown by giving to the Salvation Army. The spicy dry wings are phenomenal. You couldn’t possibly imagine how much your donated food can brighten the less fortunate’s, day. Thank ya’ll and God Bless ya’ll!” writes a grateful recipient to the Laurel Avenue Bowling Green, KY KFC store.

A carry out customer of the Hickory Hollow Antioch, TN restaurant said her chicken was tasty and all of her items were properly included in her order.

A drive-thru guest of the Schillinger Rd. Mobile, AL store stated that a male employee was nice and helped him when he needed it.

“It is so refreshing to be served by someone who has thought about how to make the customers’ experience better. The female employee who assisted me today in the drive-thru handed me my food first and then my change. This simple change of order from what is typically done was So Much nicer. I had time to put my food down and then get my change instead of my food dangling out the window. It seems like a simple thing but when it is does in this order the transition is smoother and my experience is better. I wanted to take the time to recognize this positive experience. Thanks!” writes a happy customer of the Takes Creek Lexington, KY KFC store.

“I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our visit to the KFC in Strawberry Plains, Knoxville, TN. We had been traveling for hours and were pleasantly surprised to get our food so quickly and it tasted great. Everyone was so nice. Please pass along a GOOD JOB from us to them,” writes a dine- in guest.

A carry out customer of the Paul Russell, Tallahassee, FL store called her order in and reported the manager and crew members were smiling and upbeat when she arrived. The customer said her food was waiting for her and it was excellent.

The Massaponax, Fredericksburg, VA store received a compliment from a carry out customer who stated, the staff is courteous and provides exceptional customer service.

“I had your chicken pot pie for the first time and it was excellent. Great job and the coleslaw is always good,” stated a carry out customer of the North Roan Johnson City, TN KFC restaurant.

“I have gone through the drive-thru at Hickory Hollow Antioch, TN KFC store twice and I appreciated the refreshing and upbeat attitude. The young lady that served me both times was very up beat and friendly. The information on my ticket said 0713 reg 04 Ashanti. Please thank her for me and perhaps this will motivate other employees,” writes an appreciative customer.

“The employees are very pleasant and polite and the restaurant is clean. This was my 2nd visit in two weeks and both experiences were good. The chicken pot pies at this location have been the best tasting pot pies I’ve had. Thumbs up to the Benton, IL KFC,” writes a dine- in guest.

“Chrsyanna, and employee of the Montgomery, AL KFC provided excellent customer service at the drive-thru” reported a happy customer.

“The service was great and the cashier, named Angelina, had a good attitude and my order was correct,” states a drive-thru customer of the Gatlinburg, TN KFC location.

“Kyle Tipper provided great customer service,” stated a carry out customer of the Big Franklin, Franklin, TN KFC store.

“You have a real gem in Ashley Quan, an employee of the Cookeville, TN KFC restaurant. I ordered a lot of food...more than the staff was ready for at the moment. She not only took care of everything I needed but she offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. She took what would have been an uncomfortable wait and turned it into a good experience. Prompted by no one she went above and beyond the minimum requirement to provide excellent customer service,” writes a satisfied customer.
