3! CIVIL WORK SCHEDULE OF RATES

P"#"$%Rates for driving of precast concrete piles and reinforced concrete lengthened piles shallinclude for the provision of all necessary mechanical plant, rig, temporary works, etc and forthe travelling of pile frame about the site.

S"&' C#'()($*' A$+ E()&,.)k All rates herein shall be held to include for supply and delivery to site, wastage on materials,carriage and cartage, carrying in and return of empties, hoisting, setting, tting and xing inposition, making good and all other labours and everything else necessary (including anycustom duties, etc.) for the proper completion of each item and for establishment chargesand prot.Rates for site clearance shall includea) !learing all general vegetation, tall grass, creepers, shrubs, bushes and all undergrowth.b) "elling of trees of all si#es including cutting, grubbing up their stumps and rootsc) and dispose o$ site.d) !learing all rubbish, debris and unwanted materials.e) %reaking up and removing disused structures, surface beds and pavings, sewers, drains

and drain pipes, manholes, underground wells, sumps, fencing, posts, retaining walls andother such like structures, including disconnecting and sealing o$ services, plugging anypipes cut o$ at perimeter of site.
