OBJECTIVES OF VOIR DIRE
• Identify potentially unfavorable jurors• Have the jurors admit to a leaning or prejudgment, what the
law calls a “bias or prejudice” Compton v. Henrie, 364 SW2d 179 (Tx.1963)
