• End Device having access to Internet• Email Address ending with @nsn.com• Basic knowledge of operating the device running Android OS

- Installing Apps from App/Play Store.

• Access to Intranet (first time only) to retrieve SIP Password• Retrieve SIP Password

- Go to NSN Intranet home page >>Select Tools >> Select SIP Password- Opens a new tab and logs you into IM Master displaying your NSN Personal details.- Authenticate using NSN Network Account credentials if Single Sign On is not working

- 6 digit number in SIP Password field is your SIP Password.- Write down the value & keep this info safe & secure- You can also reset SIP password by clicking “Reset SIP Password” (next to your SIP Password)

• Supported Models- All Android based Devices that can install and run Acrobits Softphone or Bria VoIP SIP Phone or - Please note that Acrobits & Bria Apps are not free and needs to be purchased. CSipSimple is a fr- Refer Slide 3-6 for CSipSimple, Slide 7-9 for Acrobits, Slide 10-11 for Bria, Slide 12-13 extras

• On Android Device,Home ButtonShow All Apps,

Locate &Launch Play Store app.

• Tap Search, search forCSipSimple App.

• Tap Install, review and acceptthe permissions.

Locate &Launch CSipSimple.

• On first time use, you wouldbe prompted withEasy configuration screen,make appropriate choicesand tap Save.

• Tap Add account, in Choosewizard screen scroll downtap Expert.

• Note: If CSipSimple is alreadyconfigured with accounts, onthe dial screen tap selectAdd account, tap Expert

• Realm = nsn.com• Username

set Transport to TLS• Scroll down, in Proxy set

• In Accounts, the newlyadded account will beshowing Registering.

• Navigate back to mainscreen (dial pad).

• Press Option Key or Tap& Tap Settings.

• In Settings, Press Option Keyor Tap select Expert mode

• Tap Network, scroll downset Secure transport to TLS.

• If you return back to Accounts

then you should see now thataccount is registered.

• Note: Due to varying number ofsoft / hard keys available on variousmodels of Android devices, if youare unsure what is option key, referto device manufacture’s user guide.

Locate &Launch Acrobits Softphone.

• When launching the App forfirst time, you would beprompted to use PushNotifications, for incomingcalls. Based on your needsyou can choose to use pushnotifications or not.

• When prompted to Addaccount Select New SIPAccount.

• In List of your SIP Accountstap NSN-VoIP, Tap AdvancedSettings.

• Set Auth User Name to<your nsn email address>

• Set Proxy tosiptrunk.telefonicaglobalsolutions.com

• Set Transport Protocol totls(sip)

• Scroll down to end, tap OK tosave the settings.

• Navigate back to main screen(dial pad), registrationstatus is shown as below.
