Antioxidant Research Centre in London (1) (establish) that the concentration of antioxidants in two cups of tea is equal to the amount of antioxidants in seven glasses of orange juice and twenty glasses of apple juice! In order to maximise the health benefits of the

antioxidants found in tea, researchers (2) (recommend) a daily consumption of at least

5 to 6 cups, spread throughout the day. The main source of antioxidant activity in tea (3) (be) polyphenols, in particular, a group known as flavonoids which are also found in fruits and vegetables (polyphenols are also responsible for the astringent taste of tea). The beverage also

(cover) the political and private lives of these men who helped shape the history of this nation. The book was funded by the Noah Foundation because it wanted to preserve for posterity the contributions of this prominent family, and also because, says foundation chairman Datin Paduka Dr Faridah Datuk Abdullah, it was felt that there should be a better record of Hussein’s tenure in office. “We felt that his term as prime minister had been glossed over, his contribution to the country forgotten, and we wanted a more accurate portrayal of him,” said Dr Faridah in a phone interview on Wednesday.

The Little Boy and Girl in the Cloud

The story that I listened is the “Little Boy And Girl In The Cloud” is the interesting story. In this story, I think we should always give a good effort or good try when we do something. Such as when we’re triying to help others, we didin’t give up until we achieve the goal at the end. We are also can't make others felling down like The Lion do to the Worm. We shoud give them a strong spirit for them to do better. In this story also, I really impressed with the Worm attitude, where He have a big spirit even its had a small size then other animal at there. He also not threatened by the Lion while the Lion try to make its feel down. In conclusion, We must be patience when do something, because with it, we can achieve the true goal at the end even it will take a long time. I never thought that the Worm will get to the top because he is so small, but it's already change after he did it. In addition, we never know until we try it and give other the same changes, so they can prove that they have that ability. It didn’t mean when we have the small physical, we were week and when they big they strong and great like the Lion. You also must know, where the different person born with the different ability ,and we must agree with that.
