It is necessary though, to be aware of the terms and meanings, our profession obligates us in some way to know things by their real names and concepts. 1. Keyboard: The part of

the computer that

allows you to

type and enter information

on the computer.

2. LAN: Local Area

Network-A group of

computers and other

devices able to use

internet wireless.

3. LCD: Liquid Crystal

Display-It is a type of

display used in many

portable computers and

flat screen monitors.

4. LISTSERV: This is an

electronic mailing list

used to deliver

messages to any people

interested in any topic.

and compare data. This

I could learn some new words, as LISTSERV which is a list of e-mail addresses to send specific information of their interest. Also I could understand the difference between the Keyboard and the Keyword, the first one is the device to introduce information to the computer and the Keyword is word used to identify some information on the web or even a to identify a page so it makes easier to get the information you are looking for.
