Urgent and Outstanding Items

Changes and Revisions to Already Submitted Presentations

• All submitted sessions have gone through final formatting and will be uploaded to your session room presentation lap-top.– Only small, critical changes will be allowed and must be brought to the Speaker Services Room at

least 24 hours prior to your session. (If travel schedule does not permit a 24 hour check-in, please check in ASAP).

– No net new slide decks, please

• Final presentations not submitted by 5pm PST, Wednesday, August 23 may result your session being cancelled.

• Any last minute changes on site coordinated with speaker services• Repeat Sessions: You may be contacted onsite to schedule a repeat as necessary.
