New Delhi, the 1st June, 2018

S.O. 2211(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 109 and clause (k) of

sub-section (1) of section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 124 of the

Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways number

S.O. 1365(E) dated the 13th December, 2004, namely:—
