Autism Awareness Month

“In order to highlight the growing need for concern and awareness about autism, the Autism Society has been celebrating National Autism Awareness Month since the 1970s. National Poetry Month

Inaugurated by the Academy of American Poets in 1996, National Poetry Month is now held every April, when schools, publishers, libraries, booksellers, and poets throughout the United States band together to celebrate poetry and its vital place in American culture. Goodwin Dedicates Classroom to Zuvic, Carr and Associates Engineering Firm

Goodwin College dedicated Room 201 to Zuvic, Carr and Associates on Friday, Feb, 22. Environmental StudiesIncreased government and private investment in green technology combined with a growing awareness of environmental challenges make environmental science some of the fastest growing — and best paying — emerging career fields! Goodwin College's Environmental Studies program provides technical training for jobs in this rapidly growing field while also focusing on the scientific arguments for environmental stewardship. Graduates gain real-world skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the factors that impact environmental health.
