By combining chatbot with human agents, Jerry could engage 1,000+ consumers in real-time and over 10,000 daily. Using the collected data, we could efficiently personalise the UX and promote online sales.

Approach Co-create a crowd-funding platform for alternative nightlife and creative drinking, giving rise to new communities. We reach into sub-cultures and build an army of local brand ambassadors.

Solution Launch an Absolut Nights community platform that allows everyone to celebrate the brand. By offering 10,000 CNY weekly to best creative ideas, we engaged millions in this ‘pull, not push’ ongoing digital campaign.

Within first year, the platform reached 635 cities across China and has culminated in 100x simultaneous events during the New Year celebrations.
