Project Summary: - The SallieMae customer request student loan via the Smart Student Loan web application. After the submission of loan application the agents has list of activity to approve the loan application.The agents needs to verify the customer identity, verifcation of perosnal/business address and contact details. The agent needs to do fraud verification, credits whether the customer has enough income to request for sufficient loan amount or do they need alternate joint partner. The agents needs to verify the incoming documents uploaded by the customer, document like address proof, SSN, DOB proof.

The list of activity will be created as Task to the agent and also helps him, what’s action to be taken for completing the task. Multiple tasks will be created by Task Service engine based on the application flow from application init to submit process and it will be served to agent via Agent Dashboard portal.The Agent Dashboard portal list the daily/pending tasks to completed by the agent. The task will be populated based on agent access role and the portal contains navigation url where the agents needs to be redirected to Smart Student Loan web application page to completes the assigned task. The Smart Student Loan web application contains YourActionRequired portal which displays list of what’s next message / guidance message for completing the application by the agent.

The company has a long history of financial strength and strong performance, and although dividends are not guaranteed, it has paid dividends to eligible participating policyholders every year since the 1860s. With whole life insurance as its foundation, the company provides products to help meet the financial needs of clients, such as life insurance, disability income insurance, long term care insurance, retirement/401(k) plan services, and annuities. In addition, the company’s strong and growing network of financial professionals helps clients make good financial decisions for the long-term.

Project Summary: - The MM DMS Optimization project involves the automation the all income and outgoing records of the company and safely secure them in FileNet P8 and also creates the workflows for each line of business and the type of the document using PEGA workflow routing tool. A part of this program to move the images and indexes from FileNet Image Services (IS) to FileNet P8 system and change the front end application to point to P8 system and change the back end processes to route the document and create indexes in FileNet P8 system.

ACS Inc, Xerox is the vendor company to Mass Mutual, Xerox help Mass Mutual to send the digital copy of customer documents, and the document information in format of xml file as MetaBi. Xerox scans the image document and generates respective MetaBi index and image files. Xerox transports the multiple images and MetaBi index files in zip format as “Transmission.zip” to MassMutual through secure transport.

The DSN Processor application downloads the Transmission zip file to the windows folders. The transmission zip file contains multiple document content files and document index xml files in zip format (DSN1.zip, DSN2.zip….), and one control file (Transmission.ctl). The DSN Processor will extract the contents present in zip file to the appropriate folders for further processing by Pega Work Routing Utility or by P8 Stager process. If the transferred DSN zip file has error in number of transmitted file or the number of document image from XEROX, the DSN processor will send transmission NACK file back to XEROX that DSN files are not received successfully.

The P8 Stager application process validates the documents index xml files from different application like CommitToFileNet, LockBoxImaging, AutoCreateTrans and Xerox. It converts given index file has to P8 index format for ingesting the document content and the document index value in FileNet P8 system with help of ICC ingestion process.

The DMS Report Data Inserter application updates the incoming index file details from Xerox in reporting database, details about when the document content got ingested in FileNet P8 system. It helps to generate report to know about the incoming index file information from Xerox and also to calculate turn around time when the document is received by Xerox from Mass Mutual, time when Xerox deliver the digital copy of document back to Mass Mutual and the final time when Mass Mutual ingest the document in FileNet P8 system.

The DMS Package application validates the required CDM, NONCDM data text files and the trigger file is present or not. The DMS Package application zips the text files, uploads the zip files and their corresponding trigger files in the secure FTP path. The zip, trigger files which are uploaded in FTP are archived in file share folder. If the required CDM and NONCDM files are not present, or the application face error while reading the files, zip the text files, uploading the files in FTP then an e-mail notification about the application error message is send to the support team.

The DMS EIntake application reads the emails items present in outlook exchange public folder and then downloads the email attachments to the file server folder and also saves the original email content in “html” format to the file server folder as well. The downloading folder name is defined unique GUID, and the downloading folder is created “per” email item. It will create a new email (SMTP), attach the files present in original email and the original email content “html” and send the new email to Xerox on the behalf of the public folder email address. The “From” line of the new email will contain the folder name of the MassMutual Outlook public folder from which it is been forwarded. The DMS EIntake application also identify the items present in New Business lines fax server and send the fax documents as email to Xerox on behalf of fax boards. The new email sent to Xerox can be identified by MassMutual by the unique email subject.

The Polaris CATS application has functionality for viewing document images, document index value from FileNet environment and associating them with Work Events which needs to be upgraded to point at the FileNet P8 environment instead of the FileNet IS environment. The CATS application helps the CATS users to search the documents based on primary index value like policy number, agent id, agent tax id, and group number. The users have the ability to view the list of documents, the document index values by document unique id GUID and also to reindex the existing document index values. The CATS application interacts with the ECM service to pull document index value with help of P8 Service wrapper component.

They also provide insurance to surety products and of risk management services to a wide variety of businesses and organizations and to individuals. Travelers Indemnity Company was formed by the combination of Travelers Property Casualty Corp. and The St. Paul Companies. Travelers Indemnity Company is the Nation's second largest property-casualty insurer and one of the largest financial services firms.

Project Summary:- The term Core Initiatives means technology and Infrastructure upgrades that includes Platform migration, Database upgrades, Language version upgrades, Applying patches to existing software and hardware. CISO would be responsible for identifying the impact on the application, testing the application, coordinating between different support groups and to provide the post implementation support. The application support for the upgrade would be provided by the CISO team while the actual upgrade to the technology/infrastructure would be done by the core engineering group.

I have provided the .Net solution to build various applications/tools like Knowledge Management, QA Tool, DB Sync Automation, and Demand Management tool to make ease of user manual activity and to maintain the artifacts in repository.

The Knowledge Management tool is to track and maintains the Travelers application details. The utility schedule and track the application KT activity & its follow ups, tracking the process of knowledge repositories. It has an automated survey process to re-certify application repositories.

CISO depends on AppProfile database which contains information about 2000+ Travelers application for doing any kind of tech assessment activity, and it’s tough to do various kind of filter at same time. The DB Sync Automation is the auto scheduler job which synchronizes the data between Lotus notes database and SQL server database, which helps to do multiple filter on data and also reduce the manual effort of data porting using excel sheet and tracking the data migration activity.

CISO manage the incoming Core initiative i.e. the change management ticket based on the LOB impact and track the activity until the implementation get completed. Demand Management tool is used to track the incoming CI [HPSM ticket], assign the ticket to respective owner people for the further CISO process and the status of the ticket is been tracked until the implementation is completed.

The QA Tool facilitates the test analysis process and all the activities which are involved in test analysis and access workrooms. The QA Tool maintains and controls the access procurement workflow for core initiative service organization. For Core Initiative check out, the weekly CISO checkout communication report can be generated with the help of QA Tool.

I was part of the ORION product development team worked on project like Orion Collaborator, Orion Portal framework, Orion Installer kit and Business Alerts

Orion Collaborator is a major step forward to implement ORION ERP product over the Web. It has the four major transactions like Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Sales Quotation and Sales Order were implemented. There are other features like Dashboard which shows the basic MIS information in the form of listing and various forms of charts (Bar, Pie, Stacked, Line, etc.) in the form of portlets in the default Home page.

Business is driven by huge volumes of data. There has always been the need for this data to be consolidated for performance monitoring and eventually make effective business decisions. Orion Portal is a web application helps you do that effectively and provides the user with a dashboard interface. This is a plug-n-play component. It holds business MIS reports in the form of charts and listings, and provides key information to help in business tracking, business demands, and forecasts and aids in the decision making process.

The Orion Installer kit is to consolidate Orion and the tools together and bind as a single exe so that all installation is performed in a nifty manner. The Installer should install the ORION ERP and its associated tools according to the licensing terms with the customer. When an order for an ORION Enterprise / ORION Advantage arrives, the shipment team will use the ORION Licensor application to enter the customer code [CFO License number] and name and select the ORION flavor and the associated tools to generate the license file. The details in the license file will be encrypted. The generated license file will be sent along with the Orion Installation Kit. The ORION ERP application and the associated tools will check for the license keys during the login time and will throw error message if there is any violation of the license agreement.

Business Alerts facilitates the publishing of information in the format of HTML and Excel through mails, whenever an event occurs in ORION ERP. The event can be any action like pending sales orders for approval, dead stock of last month, loss in purchase of items, etc. Each of these events can be configured as a query, which gives the necessary output as a set of records, which satisfy the conditions of the event. These records are then consolidated into a report of format HTML or Excel and then send to the appropriate user for initiating further actions. The interval at which the event should fire, the style of the report (HTML/Excel), Font Color, Font Name, Mail subject, Mail body can be specified while configuring the event.
