¸ Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design Department/Project Department

¸ Preparation of material requests required for manufacturing.¸ Doing CNC programming on CNC punching machine in LAN-TECH software and preparing auto cad drawing.¸ Minimizing waste and unwanted steps in overall manufacturing process and hence minimizing the lead time by

taking proper action.¸ Preparing estimation costing as per enquiry received.¸ Preparing quotations for enquiry received from outside client.¸ Continuous monitoring and controlling all activities in production/manufacturing process and taking corrective
