$65,000 for monographs and over $255,000 for serials. Oversaw management of electronic and print reference materials. Served as liaison to Women’s and Gender Studies, African-American Studies, History, Recreation, Parks, and Tourism. Reference Librarian and Bibliographic Instruction Coordinator, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Greensboro, NC. 1983 – 1995 Coordinated the bibliographic instruction program for undergraduate, graduate students, and faculty. Set goals, formed policies for bibliographic instruction, and evaluated the program. Provided reference service in a centralized library serving undergraduates, graduate students and faculty in all subject disciplines. Participated in collection development for both the reference collection and the general library collection in history, women's studies, and political science. Provided reference service in the Main Library serving undergraduates, graduate students and faculty in all the social sciences and humanities. Selected and maintained the reference collection in U.S. history, sociology, and women's studies. Coordinated the general library orientation program.
