TheThe BusinessBusiness ProblemsProblems

An inefficient manual process is currently used for inventory ordering and sales. This process is time consuming and inefficient.

Currently a company representative visits each store location and physically counts the inventory, and then records it on paper. The order is called in to the home office to be placed. At the home office once an order is placed it is manually recorded. An invoice is manually generated and sent store location. The grocery store in turn sends a check for payment.

This is a completely manual process and needs to be improved.
