VISITOR ACCESS TO BUILDING Each visitor will need to check in at the ground level security desk and present a valid government ID to access the DSA Los Angeles office (Suite 2100). Security will direct you to the correct elevator bank for the 21st floor.

If you are attending a meeting or conference on the 20th floor, you will be directed to the 21st floor and a DSA employee will escort you to your specific meeting location.

REPROGRAPHIC PICK UP & DROP-OFFS/NEW SUBMITTALS The loading dock is available up to 30 minutes for deliveries and pick-ups. You will be required to check in with security. Please see the section above for information regarding security.

You can access the loading dock at 355 Grand Lower, Los Angeles, CA 90071.

From the 110 Freeway:

− Take exit toward 4th Street

− Merge onto West 4th Street

− Left onto Grand Lower (Destination with be on the left)

Free shuttle that runs to 330 Hope Street, which is directly behind 355 S. Grand Ave. From 5am-11pm, the shuttle runs every 7-10 minutes. Shuttle departure is located at the top level of the parking garage.

There is a dedicated shuttle with a wheelchair lift. See Appendix A for map.

MASS TRANSIT If commuting to Los Angeles on alternative transportation, there are multiple options available. The Metro Rail, Metrolink, and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner are convenient transit options and are accessible to persons with disabilities.
