Make sure to stop by our fall craft fair on Oct 22, where we have a white elephant table, arts and crafts, homemade knitting and crocheted items, jewelry, raffles and bake sale, PLEASE BAKE! Please let the office know if you are going to bake. Also time is running out for the afghan raffle. Please take a chance, the quilt is beautiful. Pick up your ticket for the free donut hole and drink. Hot Dogs and Meatball subs will be on sale at ll:00 AM. Volunteers are needed to set up. Please sign up in the of-fice. Don’t forget Water Color Painting every other Monday.

Also, a Kitchen Shower will be held on Oct 13th from 9-10:30AM. Join us for Coffee and. Donations of Coffee, especially decaf, plastic utensils, coffee cups, colored napkins, colored table cloths, dish washer packets would be greatly appreciated.

The flu shots will be on Oct 6th 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon.

Pedi-care Services will have trained registered nurses that trim toe nails, file and clean, reduction of thickened nails, smoothing of corns ands callouses, massaging, applying lotion and powdering of feet, skin cancer assessment along with general assessment of feet and lower legs.

If any one is interested in this please contact the center for us to set up appointments. If you are diabetic, a doctors note is needed. Fee is $ 30.00 for a half hour visit and is not covered by insurance.

Senator Joe Crisco announced the 2016 Senior Fair at Warsaw Park Ansonia will be on Thursday October 20, 2016 11:00AM-2:00 PM.
