Since 1996, the name SAERTEX multiCom® has stood for exceptionally high quality and efficiency in the area of trenchless pipe rehabilitation. We offer our custo-mers more than an off-the-shelf product. As a system supplier, we provide complete packages. These are de-signed individually for each project and produced in our own production plants in Germany, the U.S. and China – from the individual glass fibres to the ready-to-install product. Due to this unique flexibility, we can guaran-tee short delivery times and special solutions for our customers worldwide.

SAERTEX multiCom® not only signifies reliable quality, however, but also dynamic progress. We are curious about technology and are thinking about the future. In this respect, we are boldly leading the way for all others: the SAERTEX multiCom® Division H2O was founded in 2015. Within a few months, this division had developed the world‘s first GRP-Liner for trenchless rehabilitation of potable water pipes: the SAERTEX-LINER® H2O.

To ensure that your individual order is promptly installed in your construction projects, SAERTEX multiCom®, in contrast to other manufacturers, refrains from com-missioning producers who are dependent on suppliers. Instead, our products are produced in-house from the individual glass fibres to the ready-to-install product.

Thus we are always a little faster, more versatile and innovative - and rely at the same time on the effi-ciency in which we have the most faith: the perfor-mance of our employees.

For our customers, this signifies: minimum delivery times, technical progress and solutions customised by our employees to meet your needs. This is be-cause the requirements of our customers determine our actions.

Our example of SAERTEX-LINER® production shows that only high quality glass which is permanently resistant to chemi-cals and corrosion is used in the in-house production of our products. The SAERTEX-LINER®, which is cut with millimetre precision for our customers, is impregnated with a polyester

or vinyl ester resin, also styrene-free depending on the area of application, at our factory prior to delivery.

The advantages are obvious: manufacturing defects can be excluded from the outset because the entire production pro-

cess in our company, from the production of dry materials to the impregnation with resin up to the delivery, is subject to the strictest controls. This renders the on-site use of chemicals superfluous - an important aspect with regard to the safety of users and residents and for the protection of the environment.

From the first glass fibre via the processed foils to the resins used, SAERTEX multiCom® leaves nothing to chance. Therefore, all materials are subject to the strictest controls and analyses. Of course, regular tests are also performed from the current production in the in-house laboratory. We assume maximum re-sponsibility for the best possible products.

Those who, like SAERTEX®, have made it their policy to overcome existing technical limits in terms of produc-tion and development, must be prepared to be mea-sured against the highest standards: SAERTEX® GmbH & Co. KG has been certified according to the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1993.

In addition, certificates of suitability of our products prove that it is possible for you to have already relied on our quality for decades. The German approval body Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik, Berlin (DIBt) granted national technical approvals i.e. for the pro-cedure. In the international arena, we have for ex-ample CSTB, WRc and ASTM approvals.

To provide an optimal and long-lasting solution for each of your projects, SAERTEX multiCom® uses only technically so-phisticated, flexible and environmentally friendly Installation procedures that are being developed continuously. However, the best products are only of use to you if they are perfectly tailored to your needs through individual advice and professi-onally trained users - all of which are essential factors that you can expect when using our products.

We will happily assist you with our trained and experienced application engineers and of course the application of our plant engineering to your construction project also. Differently

equipped UV systems for installing the SAERTEX-LINER® are available in the rental pool for this purpose. With these sys-tems from renowned manufacturers, we can assist you on the spot in the installation of small nominal widths up to large profiles at your construction site.

For easier installation of large profiles, we offer our customers our automatic conveyor belts SAERTEX® multiBelt with folding device for rent and also for purchase.

Participants in our regular intensive seminars, however, also learn how to use our products correctly. Thus prospec-tive users learn the technically correct installation of our products both theoretically and practically at our in-house training facility. Detailed background information about our production processes complete these seminars. Once the training program has been successfully completed, the

use of our products on-site is the next step. Our specialists are also available here to personally provide advice and practical assistance to users and customers in relation to their first projects. Once users have demonstrated their qualifications, there is nothing standing in the way of long-term collaboration.
