DesignsDesigned for wet location applications, our products are tested and certified to U.S. and Canadian safety standards per UL1838 or UL1598. MaterialsVision3 products are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, C36000 brass, and 304 stainless steel or precision cast from C84400 manganese bronze and 356 marine-grade aluminum. Other components used to produce light fixtures that will endure the harshest of environments include: high-temperature silicone O-rings and gaskets, borosilicate tempered glass lenses, porcelain sockets with Teflon® coated leads, and black-oxide stainless steel hardware.

Pre-TreatmentOur machined and cast aluminum fixtures are pre-treated with a hexavalent chromium-free RoHS compliant coating prior to being powder coated with TGIC thermoset polyester powder coat. This six step process is vital to providing maximum corrosion resistance and a powder coat finish that will endure years of environmental abuse.

Natural MaterialsWe use only the highest quality raw materials and components to manufacture our lighting products, including: copper-free aluminum, solid brass, stainless steel, and cast bronze. These materials are comprised of metals that occur naturally in the earth and can be recycled. We minimize the use of composite plastics that create waste and normally get dumped into landfill sites. The metals we use in our products are 100% recyclable.

FinishesWe have fourteen (14) standard TGIC polyester powder coat finishes. RAL and Custom finishes are available at a premium charge. Consult your local Vision3 Lighting representative for information on these premium finishes. Machined brass and machined stainless steel products are available in three additional metal finishes. Cast Bronze products are available in two additional metal finishes. Consult your local Vision3 Lighting representative for standard finish samples. WarrantyMachined and cast aluminum components are warranted for 5 years against material defects. Machined brass and stainless steel components are warranted for 25 years against corrosion and material defects. Cast Bronze components are warranted for 25 years against corrosion and material defects. Electrical components, such as lamps & ballasts, carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Staff lights

IG2 SHORT Housing

100W XM2 TransformerThe Model XM2 magnetic transformer is now available in 100W. This smaller sized, lower output transformer is perfect for use with LED fixtures and their lower power requirements.

Features:• 100W single circuit with low voltage circuit breaker.• NEMA style stainless steel enclosure.• Two voltage output taps (11V and 15V).• Wiring compartment with input and output terminals.• Removable timer and remote photocell options.

The DL3 ring mount fixture is now available with a ‘Perforated Cap’ option. The long cap creates a tunnel effect perfect for down lighting from trees or gazebos, while the perforations allow just enough light out of the side to create the perfect ambiance.

Features:• Available with MR16 Halogen (up to 50W), 10W LED, or 12.5W LED sources.• Molded silicone wire pass-thru and silicone O-ring creates a water tight housing.• Threaded cap for tool-less re-lamping.

Most Vision3 low voltage MR16 products are now available with a 12.5W LED module with integral driver, in addition to the 10W LED module previously available.

Features:• 12V AC or DC, L70 = 60,00 hours, >45 lm/W (12V AC).• Field changeable optics available in 3 distributions (19º, 34º, and 60º).• Push button selection of 4 light levels equivalent to 50W, 35W, 20W, and 12W
