Based on the current vision “Soaring Li-Chih, Quality
Learning,” we now come up with a new vision “C is
everything!”
Through digital reading, retrigger students’ learning
motivations and transform passive learning into active,
effective and creative learning

to compensate for the shortage of traditional teaching makes

Current Status International exchange effectiveness is the area our school needs to
improve. We hope to strengthen this area through more exchanges
among pathfinder and mentor schools to expand our students’ and

Incapable of cooperating with innovation:
Everyone knows change is necessary, but people with less
abilities tend to
resist innovation.
Time constraints:
Teachers are too busy with their works. No matter how urgent
change is,
some people resist innovation.
Unwilling to cooperate with innovation:
People like to stay in the “comfort zone.” Any new change or
modification may lower their willingness to innovate.

Change Teachers’Attitudes:
Showing innovative performance to teachers will construct an atmosphere
that we
are ready.
Well-planned Timetable:
Helping teachers manage time well will let teachers have more time to

Infusing old courses into ICT will comfort teachers’ fear for innovation and

Through PIL and Virtual University learning and exchanges
from Pathfinder and Mentor Schools, Li-Chih High School has
gained a better ground in many areas of innovations. Being
a part of this project is quite an honor and privilege and
really helps us inspire our innovations and think of ideas to
overcome obstacles.
