Vision of the new Workforce Development Program
Presented to the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association Management Team
Vision: Become the premier primary care association equipping its members to effectively serve the underserved through the creation of a full service workforce development program recognized across the country for its outstanding practices and results Results:
Position the CHC’s as a desired employer because of the outstanding professional development opportunities available to their staff
Caring for the caregivers: provide opportunities for renewal and inspiration in a way that translates into patient care How:
Creation of a CHC workforce distance university that equips people from the front desk through the executive levels of management
Create strategic relationships with universities, community colleges and professional trainers to collaborate with us on achieving these goals

Career Ladder Development Looks at the roles within CHCs, the purpose of the training provided to support career development, venue of how training is provided, and what competencies we need to execute this successfully.
