SUBREGIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT Responsible for implementing ECA subregional activities for development, the �ve subregional o�ces of ECA are specialized in selected thematic areas, to ensure that priority issues of concern and development challenges faced by member States in their respective subregions are appropriately addressed.
