Designated interview with the candidate, which is made by a company representative.

1. Max accuracy - 21% of CV submitted by job candidates, matching 90% of the truth.
2. Min inaccuracy - 65% of CV submitted by job candidates, match at 70-90% the truth.
3. Material inaccuracy - 10% of CV submitted by job candidates, match at 50-70% the truth.
4. completely false- 4% of CV submitted by job candidates, were not at all real, this is a perfect scam.
