As in other cases of comprehensive development projects- the vision, budgetary

2. URBAN DEVELOPMENT

PROJECT OF CIVIL AIRPORT IN BAREILLY GOT THE CENTRAL GOVT.

APPROVAL

Realizing the need for a civil Airport at Bareilly Sh. Praveen Singh

Aron pursued the matter vigorously with the Prime Ministers office,

the Defence and Civil Aviation Ministries and other concerned

departments and finally could get necessary in principal approvals in

respect to the establishment of the Civil Airport at Bareilly.

The Civil Aviation Minister has recently confirmed this in reply to the

question by Mr. Praveen Aron in the Lok Sabha.Various proposals

and working in the process at the state Central Govt. levels. Location

has more or less been finalized near Mayur Van Chetna -----for a Civil

enclose as a part of the existing Trishul Airbase at Bareilly.

SEWAGE AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR BAREILLY

MAHANAGAR AREA:

With the constant follow-up and by taking advantage of Union

Governments action plan for Holy rivers Ganga Yamuna and their

territories Praveen Aron could get in principal sanction for a

comprehensive project estimated to cost more than 2000 CR.

Recently tenders have been opened for getting a DPR (Detailed

Project Report) by the UP Govt. On behalf of Ganga Basin authority

of India.

This project will entail complete relaying of sewer network in theMahanagar area, sewage treatment Plants at different locations

ensuring only clean water flow in the river Ganga and its tributaries.

SANCTION AND COMPLETION OF ASTRO TURF- FOR A

MODERN AND ALL WEATHER PLAYING GROUND FOR

BAREILLY:

In the month of June 2010-11 sanction for establishment of a

Rs.3.40 Crore worth was secured by Sh. Praveen Aron courtesy the

then Union Sports Minister. This led to the establishment and

commissioning of a modern state of the art Astro Turf playground at

SAI (The Sports Authority of India) station at Bareilly.

3. ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

FLYOVERS IN BAREILLY (HARTMANN FLYOVER, PROPOSED

KUDESIA & LAL PHATAK FLYOVERS)

A broader and modern Highway connection to the stations capital of

Lucknow and also to the National Capital Delhi was a meet- for any real

and enduring comprehensive development of Bareilly and the

neighboring areas.

Realising this crying demand and need of Bareilly Praveen Aron

successfully rallied the support of all 22 MPs of the State (including the

blessings of Smt. Sonia Gandhi and Sh. Rahul Gandhi) and secured the

kind approval of the Honable PrimeMinister and the Honble Minister for

roads and Highways for this most prestigious project for Bareilly.

38 KMS BAREILLY BYE-PASS COSTING APPROXIMATELY

RS.200 CR.

Unfortunately for the people of Bareilly and whenever who has to

pass or travel through Bareilly on NH-24. It was and still in a

nightmare sort of experience especially during daytime.

Entire load of through traffic whether heavy or light in passing through

Bareilly City. Apart from endless and ever frustrating road jams this

also results in fatal accidents, loss of precious life of helpless farmers,

youth,students and rest of the common men-apart from damaging the

city roads.

In 2004 and 2009 general elections this was one of the several major

election issues-Hence we made making of this highway our priority.

And by Gods grace and with the blessings of UPA Govt. and its

Chairperson Smt. Sonia Gandhi Bareilly Bye-Pass was sanctioned as

a part of Bareilly-Sitapur 4-Laning project with the active help of the

State Govt. and Distt. Administration the work on this Bye-Pass isprogressing- although after much delays and at a slow

pace.However, specially the present District Magistrate Sh. Abhishek

Prakash is taking keen interest in this Bye-Pass and NH-24 Four

Lane project in particular and other development project in general.

3. RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

ELECTRIFICATION OF RAIL ROUTE FROM LUCKNOW-BAREILLY-

DELHI

Allocation of necessary funds in successive Railway Budgets

between the period 2009 & 2013 through the continuous efforts of Sh.

Aron ensured completion of this work. Rs.130 CR. were sanctioned

by the Minister in the recent budget for 2013-14. And this Rail track

work is likely to be completed by the end.
