The list generated for available infractions will be based on the standard infractionslookup algorithm using the following criteria: REQ_CLASS = {current REQUEST.REQ_CLASS}OPTION_SYSTEM_CODE = AL (All)OPTION_COMPONENT_CODE = ALL (All)OPTION_CATEGORY_CODE = FDL (Filing Detail)OPTION_CATEGORY_CODE = GEN (General)

The selection from which will directly or indirectly fill-in the following displayed fields: Infr Category, Infr Code, Legal Ref, Legal Src. The Infraction Status will default to OPEN.- Infr Status combobox should not include a NULL value for possible selection.- Default to General on combobox- Any observation detail entered requires an answer to Observed Value on the Observation Outcomes.

- Elipses button will not be enabled for any detail item-attribute combination that is not Observable or for arow that does not yet have a checkmark in either box.
