IntroductionLighting is a major source of electric energy consumption.

Visible light communication is a data communications medium using visible light between 380nm-700nm.

VLCT is Developed by the Visible Light Communication Consortium (VLCC) in Japan. VLCC contributes to research, development and standardization of VLC

Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA) issued two visible light standards JEITA CP-1221 and JEITA CP-1222, based on VLCC suggestion.

MotivationI. Now, researchers came to realize that

WLED devices could also be used for wireless purposes.
