Some facts:• There are about 20 million SMEs in Europe. • In Sweden, more than 8 out of 10
companies use ICT to some extent as a tool in their activities
• In the Budget Bill for 2009 the government pushed for increased use of electronically procurement. The effort must be increased
• the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency – 22 million SEK per year since 2009 – a national procurement support program in order to make the whole procurement process electronically
