REQUIREMENTS FOR A SAUDI ARABIA VISA South African Passport Holders Require Visas

(Please note that we are unable to issue any UMRAH PILGRIMAGE visas) Passport Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return date, signed by the bearer.

A copy of the passport info page is required aswell, as well as two blank pages. (There should be no ISRAELI stamps in pp)

Application form One, to be completed by each applicant. All applications are now done on-line and submitted through the VFS lodgement centre in Sandton, Visas Unlimited will capture, pay and book an appointment for the applicant and do a meet and greet to guide the applicant through the process. All applicants are required to appear in person for Biometrics

Two colour photographs required per applicant

Enjaz Registration Enjaz registration is mandatory for entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Enjaz registration process will be completed by the Visa Service Centre Staff for the applicant. The correctness of the information on the Enjaz form must be acknowledged before signing.

Travel Insurance As mandated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, all Applicants travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health-Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the VFS TasHeel Visa Application Centre. The cost of the insurance is generated upon receiving the application and has to be paid at the time of the appointment.

Air ticket The original airline ticket plus a photocopy is required, as well as a full itinerary

Bank Statements 3 Months bank statements. ( Must be current )

Non SA Citizens Proof of residence and a copy for applicants who are not nationals of South Africa.

Business Applications

A) A letter of employment addressed to The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia from SA Company stating the nature of the business, applicant’s full name, job title, period of stay and explaining the purpose of the business trip.

B) A letter of invitation from the host company in Saudi Arabia, Stamped by the Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia or a copy of visit permit issued by KSA MoFA. It is very important that this letter have the company’s name, address, telephone number as well as their civil file number (usually starts with 700…). All of this information MUST be in Arabic. C) The registration certificate of the company in Saudi Arabia.

Tourists

Proof of pre-paid and pre-booked accommodation – this proof should be a copy of a letter (in Arabic) addressed to the embassy and stamped by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce. The international certificate of inoculation is required (Yellow card). The list of vaccinations required are: Yellow fever Meningitis Hepatitis B (if not available – a blood test can be provided) PLEASE NOTE: Visas applications will not be accepted without the above.

Minors Minors travelling with one parent require a certified letter of consent from the parent not travelling; minors travelling alone require a certified letter of consent from BOTH parents. All minors (under 18) must have an ORIGINAL unabridged birth certificate.
