• VIRVE (TETRA) will be used longer than thought• In use for critical voice and messaging
• On the critical path• Frequency spectrum allocation (700 MHz)• Standardization• Traffic prioritisation capabilities in commercial networks• Commercial operator frequency licensing terms
• Future authority radio network is based on hybrid model• Most sensible option for national economics• Call control moves to cloud services critical elements in own control• Co-used base stations in scarcely populated areas
