Oracle solutions on IBM System z for LinuxDeliver a new Oracle environment in few minutes
Step 1: Verify your source.
Validate your resources (z/VM), Check your OS parameters and Oracle level ( Linux)
Step 2: Prepare your cloning.
Define your resources and your customizations
– Hostname, IP address, ASM configuration, Database creation, Oracle Agent installation, etc..
Step 3: Run the cloning Process
“ The cloning process is based on a project called “Audelium” developed by
the IBM New Technology Center team part of the IBM PSSC center”
“Audelium” is based on z/VM virtualization and linux facilities.
Step 4: Verify the cloning
Navigate in your environment through Oracle Grid Console.
