WHAT IS VIRTUAL CANTEEN? Donnybrook Fair deliver made to order and individually labelled lunch packs to your office each day for all your staff. Each lunch pack contains your staff’s selection from the delicious Donnybrook Fair range of soup, sandwiches, salads, ready meals an bakery products. Our delivery driver will stock your refrigeration units with lunch packs sorted in alphabetical order (by surname). So your staff can grab their lunch quickly and start eating! We can even handle multiple drop points within your office campus so lunches end up as close to the recipient as possible.

WHY VIRTUAL CANTEEN? The Donnybrook Fair Virtual Canteen service is a novel approach to the provision of canteen services for companies who would like a quality canteen service for staff but without the overhead and headache of deploying and managing a canteen facility within their office.

HOW DOES IT WORK? We capture all your staff lunch orders through a web based ordering system dedicated to your company. So there are no hassles associated with collating and transmitting orders to Donnybrook Fair for fulfilment. Once we set up your company’s service, getting started is easy for all your staff. Your lunch administrator invites all staff to the new canteen service by email. Staff go to your own branded lunch service website where they can register and start placing orders. Ordering is easy and takes just three clicks. Next Donnybrook Fair delivers to your office! We can deliver to multiple drop points within your office campus and all lunch packs come labelled and sorted for convenient access by your staff. We offer a range of billing options to cover lunch subsidy ranging from 100% to nil. Users can prefund their user account by credit/ debit card to cover spend in excess of agreed per diem lunch subsidy.

WHAT YOU NEED? Your staff will need internet access to manage their lunch order each day. Your will need ample refrigeration for stocking staff orders in alphabetical order. You will need ample microwave facilities for the reheating of ready meals. After that, it’s up to you to decide on additional canteen facilities for the daily consumption of lunch by your staff.

Setup Features • Your lunch ordering

A cobranded website dedicated to your company. Staff can register and place orders for lunch to be delivered to your office each day

• Your order cut off

We agree an order cut off time appropriate to your company. The bigger you are and the further away you are from Donnybrook Fair, the earlier the order cut off time.

• Your order delivery time

We agree a deliver time for your company. Normally about 30 minutes before your lunch break time. If you have shifts we can plan multiple deliveries during the day.

• Your menu

We agree a menu of options for your company. You can take our extensive standard menu or we can tailor a particular menu to your particular requirements.

• Your drop points

If you operate multiple canteens within you building or office campus, we can deliver to each of these points. Staff will select their drop point when registering for the lunch service.

• Your lunch budget

If you company is paying for lunch, you can set a lunch budget for staff. Users will be returned an error if they try to order in excess of the agreed budget per user be day.

• Your lunch subsidy

If you company subsidises lunch, we can set this so the user is forced to pay for amounts in excess of the subsidy via our prepaid credits system.

Registration and User Account Features • Opt out of email lunch

Users can opt out of receiving daily email lunch ordering reminders.

• Change your drop point

Users can change their drop point if they move location within your building or office campus

• Change your cost centre

User can specify the code of their cost centre within your company. Our monthly reports can show total lunch costs by cost centre.

• Change your username or password

Users can change their username and password for added security.

• Purchase credit

Users can prefund their account by credit card or debit card. This is only available where companies offer a subsidised service and wish for staff to be able to order in excess of the subsidy at their own expense.

Ordering Features • Distributed ordering system At the heart of our approach to lunch provision for all your staff is a distributed order system which

means each of your staff manage their own lunches online without any input from your lunch administrator. So no administrative hassles.

• Web ordering up to two weeks in advance

Users can place up to two weeks orders at one sitting. Orders placed can be subsequently changed or cancelled at any time up the cut-off.

• Daily email reminders to place lunch order

Users receive email reminders each day to place their lunch order.

• Daily email of total lunch order to lunch administrator

At the order cut-off the consolidated lunch list for the company is sent to the email address of your company lunch administrator (and also to Donnybrook Fair for fulfilment).

• My favourites Users can design their own sandwiches or salads and save them for future reordering.

• Amend or cancel your order before the cut-off

Users can cancel or amend a previously placed order at any time up to the order cut-off time for the order.

Billing Features • Weekly billing supported by

We bill weekly or monthly subject to agreement. Our invoices are supported by full line item excel reporting.

• Top-up credit system for users.

Users pay amounts in excess of daily lunch subsidy by purchasing prepaid credits for their account. These credits are then available for settling order values in excess of the agreed lunch subsidy
