Now, every presentation created by our thousands of users around the world can be found on our RealTour Fusion Tour Portal. The portal incorporates the RTV Map Widget and displays all interactive virtual media presentations in a searchable format. The RealTour Fusion Tour Portal has been designed to rank high on search engines, delivering even more exposure for your listings.

Our Virtual Tour Services

Decora Photography uses RealTour Fusion technology for all our virtual tours.

Our Fusion tours feature incredible imagery. The ability to combine embedded video, stills, and panoramic pictures truly immerses the viewer in the property. Of equal importance is the in-depth information contained in the tours. Pages such as the descriptive Home page, Property Information, and the Map feature complement each tour's stunning visuals with comprehensive detail.

As the tour loads, a photo of the property, an agent badge, and a company logo can be shown.

Next, the Home page provides a detailed description of the property.

Once the tour begins, the viewer can scroll through pictures and videos using the tool bar at the bottom. Icons alongside the images direct the viewer to other applications.

The main Tool Page icons offer a wide range of options, including: contact the agent, share the tour on social networks, use the mortgage calculator, view a map, assess a property’s Walk Score, save the tour to the desktop, print a property flyer, and much more!

Walk Score is an exciting new feature that places local amenities into an everyday perspective. The distances to nearby restaurants, parks, schools, grocery stores, entertainment, banks, and other important landmarks are calculated and detailed. The property is then given a Walk Score out of 100 possible.

With RealTour Fusion, it's easier than ever to achieve that “custom look” property flyer—without the custom-work labor. Preloaded withover 40 different styles, our printable flyers help make your advertising job that much easier.

1. Tours support a custom virtual tour banner.

2. Agent or tour owner contact information and links to their e-mail, website, and online virtual tour galleries are included.

14. The mortgage information button allows estimated mortgage information to be calculated, and can be directed to a preferred mortgage vendor’s site as alead generator.

15. The “Back/Next” arrows return the viewer to the previous scene or takes them to the next.

16. A shortcut drop down button makes each scene within the virtual tour easily accessible.

HTML 5 Mobile Tour 2.0

Our virtual tours are smart. Very smart! When anyone is browsing through your virtual tours with a web enabled phone or device, our servers automatically bring up a mobile compatible version of the tour to ensure maximum exposure and compatibility. Furthermore, we track both your mobile hits and QR code scans and write them to your hit report each week. Got a gyro enabled phone or device? Even better! CraigsLister

AudioPal

Our new AudioPal allows you to choose from five natural-sounding, computer generated voices to automatically narrate your virtual tours. AudioPal simply reads the text-based scene descriptions as the images transition in the Fusion player. For further customization, we can also upload a professional voice-over orinsert individual scene-by-scene narrations.

RTV Radio

Tired of the same song playing over and over on your virtual tour presentations? With the powerful Fusion virtual tour system, you can choose multiple tracks to play during specific presentations. Master Blaster

Our Master Blaster feature allows you to send out holiday specials and notifications to your entire client list with the push of a button. Email Trapper

Individual Download

The Fusion system has made downloading images easy – even for tech-challenged customers. Active Plans

What good is a floor plan if it's hidden in the background, and only becomes available if the user clicks on a floor plan button to view it? With our Active Plans, we can instantly integrate a floor plan into your virtual tour – whether it's created with our EZ Planner, or any other floor plan software. Private Tour

RealTour Fusion is packed with four very powerful lead generation tools – and one of our favorites is the Private Tour. Simply enable the private tour in your TMS. Once the Private Tour has been enabled, tour viewers are prompted to input a password before they’re able to view the virtual tour. Private tour serves as a wonderful lead generation tool as well as just one more way to give you peace of mind.

Lead Grabber

Lead Grabber is a fantastic way to collect and mine data from your virtual tour viewers. When enabled, Lead Grabber prompts the tour viewer for some basic information before they’re able to preview the virtual tour. All data and leads arestored in your online Toolbox, and can be exported at any time.

TourVibes

With all the love for the “Like” button, it was only natural for us to integrate this behavior-based lead generator into Fusion. TourVibes allows for instant feedbackby letting users click the “Like” button. Turn on TourVibes and start collecting contact information, comments, and more from tour viewers. TourVibes writes back to your database and keeps a downloadable log for importing into your favorite CRM.

Follow This Tour

Follow This Tour is integrated on the back end of all four Fusion lead generators. When a tour viewer looks for more information, they'll have the opportunity to “Follow This Tour.” Once clicked, the system will ask the user to input basic contact information, and then sends updates when changes like Status Banner orlisting price are posted to the virtual tour. Follow This Tour drives more traffic to your online tours than ever before.

Tours2RSS

Uou don’t have to lift a finger to build more back links to your virtual tours. All of our virtual tours are now provided an RSS feed. Use the RSS feed to AutoBlog on your favorite WordPress, Blogger or other blog to get more eyes on your virtual tours. Use the RSS feed to create an automatic HotSheet that will get emailed out to your database. Simply pair your feed up with Aweber or your favorite email management system.
