MoSF !=_is not a physical building_does not have a any physical exhibition
MoSF =_can be deployed any-where_can be housed in any-building_can be in m/any places simultaneously_can host m/any-exhibitions in the same space; concurrentlyMoSF is in your smart-phoneIt utilizes your smart-phone, which applied to a custom mount, turns into a wireless head-mounted display. Your phone therefore acts as your point of view, which responds in real-time, to the direction you are looking at. It produces a view-port for each eye, allowing a stereoscopic view.
MoSF knows about youOn the ceiling of the museum space, there are multiple infrared sensors, which scan the space and track your exact position, synchronizing it with your view on your phone. Therefore, you can walk, stare and wander as you will do in any traditional museum; only here your presence is digital, and you exist as an avatar, in a virtual copy of the real space of the museum.
MoSF is emptyIt does not contain any-thing, appart from the IR sensors on its ceiling, which is also its only prerequisite to function.
MoSF is multipleThe space of the museum can simultaneously be experienced by many visitors, who are watching different exhibitions, or are on different Virtual floors of an exhibition. The exhibits, being virtual, exist and focus concurrently on each visitor. The museum can simultaneously coexist in different physical locations, which are brought together in a common augmented space, in which visitors can also interact with each other. The museum’s area and dimensionality are a multiplicity.
MoSF is unlimited The museum is not limited to physical constrains. It can be housed in any place; in a curtain wall pavilion as well as in an underground parking lot.
MoSF is anyThe museum does not have any Physical exhibits, but rather, as a museum of Fiction, can host Any, multiple, creations in audiovisual form in space. The USS Enterprise therefore, could be exhibited in its real scale; it can fly above you, take off and land. In fact, you could also take a tour inside it, by Spock himself.
MoSF is a fictional, virtual and real experience.
