Virtual Balloon Race – Buying a balloon

1. To get started, click the link at www.eastcheshirehospice.org.uk/events/easter-virtual-balloon-race/

2. On the next page, click ‘Buy Balloons or Redeem A Gift’

3. Next, please create an account with Ecoracing (this is the race provider) – if you tick the ‘keep intouch’ button at the bottom ECH can let you know if we do other events like this in the future 😊😊

4. Once signed up, please select the button called ‘An existing registered Charity’

5. Then search for ‘East Cheshire Hospice’

6. Select ‘EAST CHESHIRE HOSPICE – Easter Race’ to support us

7. Your now ready to purchase your balloon – click ‘Purchase’ under ‘Purchase balloon(s)’

8. Please enter your card details here to purchase your Balloon(s)

9. Once your payment has been processed, you will be taken to your Dashboard. To start personalising your balloon(s), click the small balloon icon on the left-hand side

10. On the next page, it will show you the race details and at the bottom you can edit your balloon by selecting ‘Edit this balloon’

11. Here, you can make lots of adjustments to your balloon – Tip. At step 1 you can put your own name, team name or the name of a loved one

12. Once you have finished, click ‘Save Changes’. You can make changes to your balloon(s) as often as you would like up until the start of the race by logging in and selecting the balloon icon from your Dashboard.
