NARRATIVE FOR MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT MARCH 2013

The work done by Trustee and counsel during the month of March 2013 involved,

generally:

1. Participate in March 6, 2013 Disclosure Statement hearing; Prepare amended Plan andDisclosure Statement based upon bankruptcy court requirements and pending objections;serve amended disclosure statement and plan on objecting parties.

2. Attend March 20, 2013 BSEE annual inspection meeting for Virgin Offshore with LakeCharles District; attention to follow-up information for BSEE incident reports.

3. Review invoices for P&A work and coordinate submittal information to BOEM; Preparesubmittal information and review bond documentation requirements.

4. Work with Plan Trust and RLI to clarify term sheet items regarding application of bondfunds, payment of invoices and draw down of escrow accounts.

5. Continued work with special counsel in D&O litigation to coordinate productionscheduling and respond to discovery needs.6. Continued addressing numerous administrative issues with operating oil and gas business namely monthly JIBs, lease renewals, insurance coverage, and regulatory issues.
