1 ABOUT THIS SECTION

1.1.1 Is section 2 of the pricing table for the virgin mobile postpaid service.1.1.2 This section contains the pricing plans that we currently offer to new customers. 1.1.3 If you cannot find the name of your pricing plan in this section, you should refer to section 3 of this

pricing table as it contains pricing plans that we do not currently offer to new customers. You can also call us for more information.

1.1.4 You may also need to refer to the following:

A) Section 1 of this pricing table for general information on the calculation of charges for use of the service and other call charges not covered by your pricing plan,

B) Appendix I for a list of countries in each group for international calls, andC) The Value Added Service Features Appendix A for the description and charges the range of

value added service features available with the service.

2 VIRGIN MOBILE PHONE PLAN - $30 AUTO PHONE PLAN

2.1 AVAILABLE FROM 1 NOVEMBER 20162.2 PLAN ID: 00010552.3 ELIGIBILITY

2.3.1 The Virgin Mobile $30 Auto Phone Plan is available from 1 November 2016 to approved new and existing customers connecting to the service on the following terms:

A) If you are an existing customer you may only transfer to the Virgin Mobile $30 Auto Phone Plan with our approval* and if your current agreement for the service is a:

I) non-fixed length agreement; orII) fixed-length agreement with less than 3 months of the minimum term remaining.

* When considering whether to approve your application to transfer from an existing agreement we will take into account your credit history on your existing agreement and undertake our standard credit checks for the Virgin Mobile $30 Phone Plan you wish to connect to.

2.4 MINIMUM TERM

2.4.1 You must agree to a fixed length agreement with a 24 month minimum term. 2.4.2 You may purchase a mobile phone with a 24 month equipment term under an equipment

payment plan.

2.5 WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY US

2.5.1 Subject to the following paragraphs you must pay us for use of the service at the rates set out in Section 1 of this pricing table and for value added service features at the rates set out in Appendix A (Value Added Service Features).

2.5.2 Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the Virgin Mobile $30 Auto Phone Plan

2.5.3 Each month you must pay:

A) a minimum monthly charge (which includes a value of included calls). You must pay this minimum monthly charge even if you do not make calls from the relevant services to reach the total value of included value for each service.

B) charges for all non-eligible calls and other services you use based on the standard charges for each relevant service as set out in the pricing tables for each relevant service;

C) any equipment charges payable for equipment you have purchased from us;D) charges for data made over the amount of included data for the relevant service will be

charged at the rates set out below or where not set out below, in accordance with the pricing tables for the relevant service.

E) charges for all eligible calls made over the amount of included value for the relevant service at the rates set out below or where not set out below, in accordance with the pricing tables for the relevant service.

2.5.4 Any included value (including data) that you may be entitled to and have not used in any month will rollover and be available for use in the following month only as set out below:

A) In any given month, included value is used first followed by the rolled over included value from the previous month (if any).

B) Any unused rolled over included value from the previous month will expire at the end of the month in which it is rolled over.

2.5.5 If, at the end of each month, either included value or rolled over included value has not been used it is not refundable or transferable including at account closure.

If you exceed your data allowance, we’ll automatically give you a data top up of 1GB for $10. If you don’t use this data top up, it’ll rollover to the next month. At the end of your billing month, you’ll automatically be moved back to your plan’s inclusions and charges.

Table 1 below indicates whether a particular call type is an ‘eligible call’ which counts towards the included value and minimum monthly charge of your Virgin Mobile $30 Phone Plan

2.6[2.7] WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SERVICE IS CANCELLED EARLY

2.6.1[2.7.1] If the service is cancelled before the expiry of the minimum term you will be required to pay us:

3.3.1 The Virgin Mobile $40, $50, $70, $80 & $100 Phone Plan is available from 1 February 2017 and 30 August 2016 (for $70 only) to approved new and existing customers connecting to the service on the following terms:

A) If you are an existing customer you may only transfer to the Virgin Mobile $40, $50, $70, $80 & $100 Phone Plan with our approval* and if your current agreement for the service is a:

I) non-fixed length agreement; orII) fixed-length agreement with less than 3 months of the minimum term remaining.

5.4 MINIMUM TERM

5.4.1 The $30, $40, $50, $60 and $80 SIM Plan is a month to month plan (1 month minimum term). 5.4.2 You may purchase a mobile phone with a 24 month equipment term under an equipment

payment plan.

5.5 WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY US

5.5.1 Subject to the following paragraphs you must pay us for use of the service at the rates set out in Section 1 of this pricing table and for value added service features at the rates set out in Appendix A (Value Added Service Features).

5.5.2 Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the Virgin Mobile $30, $40, $50, $60, $80 SIM Plan

5.5.3 Each month you must pay:

A) a minimum monthly charge (which includes a value of included calls). You must pay this minimum monthly charge even if you do not make calls from the relevant services to reach the total value of included value for each service.

B) charges for all non-eligible calls and other services you use based on the standard charges for each relevant service as set out in the pricing tables for each relevant service;

C) any equipment charges payable for equipment you have purchased from us;

D) charges for data made over the amount of included data for the relevant service will be charged at the rates set out below or where not set out below, in accordance with the pricing tables for the relevant service.

5.5.4 Any included value (including data) that you may be entitled to and have not used in any month will rollover and be available for use in the following month only as set out below:

A) In any given month, included value is used first followed by the rolled over included value from the previous month (if any).

B) Any unused rolled over included value from the previous month will expire at the end of the month in which it is rolled over.

5.5.5 If, at the end of each month, either included value or rolled over included value has not been used it is not refundable or transferable including at account closure.

5.5.6 If you exceed your data allowance, we’ll automatically give you a data top up of 1GB for $10. If you don’t use this data top up, it’ll rollover to the next month. At the end of your billing month, you’ll automatically be moved back to your plan’s inclusions and charges.

10.3.2 This plan is only available for eligible customers who contact us on 1300 555 100.

10.4 MINIMUM TERM

10.4.1 The $10 Back Soon Plan is a month to month plan (1 month minimum term).

10.5 WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY US

10.5.1 Subject to the following paragraphs you must pay us for use of the service at the rates set out in Section 1 of this pricing table and for value added service features at the rates set out in Appendix A (Value Added Service Features).

10.5.2 Tables 1, 2 and 3 below set out the charges that apply and the included value per month for the Virgin Mobile $10 Back Soon Plan

10.5.3 Each month you must pay:

A) a minimum monthly charge (which does not include a value for included calls). You must pay this minimum monthly charge.

B) charges for all calls and other services you use based on the standard charges for each relevant service as set out in the pricing tables for each relevant service;

C) any equipment charges payable for equipment you have purchased from us;D) charges for all data for the relevant service will be charged at the rates set out below or

where not set out below, in accordance with the pricing tables for the relevant service.

10.5.4 If you use any data in this plan, we’ll automatically give you a data top up of 1GB for $10. If you don’t use this data top up, it’ll rollover to the next month. At the end of your billing month, you’ll automatically be moved back to your plan’s inclusions and charges.

10.6 ELIGIBLE CALLS AND PRICING PLANS

Table 1 below indicates whether a particular call type is an ‘eligible call’ which counts towards the included value and minimum monthly charge of your Virgin Mobile Back Soon Plan

10.7 WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SERVICE IS CANCELLED EARLY

10.7.1 If the service is cancelled before the expiry of the minimum term you will be required to pay us:

A) any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plusB) the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your mobile phone under the equipment

payment plan (if any).
