THE BIDDING PROCESSThe silent auction opens at 6:00 p.m. and designated sections close at scheduled intervals starting at 9:15 p.m. and ending at 9:30 p.m. The closing times for the sections are as follows:

9:15 PM Kid’s Corner Music & Entertainment Travel Treat Yourself or Someone Else Wide World of Sports

9:30 PM Nashville Predators Premiere Auction Wine Selections

To bid on an item, simply write your name and cell phone number on the sheet with your bid. A qualified bid must be raised by the minimum bid increase amount noted at the top of each individual bid sheet. Final bids that are less than the minimum bid increase will automatically be raised by the appropriate amount.

All bidding is open, after making your bid, please move on so that others who are waiting may also register their bid. If you have any questions, please ask the section attendants. The section attendant will be responsible for collecting the bid sheets at the designated close time and the highest bid on the sheet will receive the item. In the event of a contested item at the close of bidding, the bidders will be given the opportunity to submit one final sealed bid to determine the winner. Please stop by your section of bidding after section has closed to claim your items.

PURCHASING ITEMSThe Nashville Predators Foundation requires full payment this evening or the item will go to the next highest bidder. All payments may be made at the cashier’s table located in the Southeast corner of the ice rink (following the directional signage) fifteen (15) minutes after the close of each section and ending at 10:00 P.M. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and checks - which must be made payable to the Predators Foundation. Group purchases are accepted, however, one person must be responsible for the payment.

Please take your purchased item(s) home with you tonight unless the Predators Foundation has agreed to set an ap-pointment at a later time for you to pick up. After paying

for your item, present your receipt to the section attendant to claim your item. All sales are final-no exchanges or refunds are allowed unless noted on the receipt. BUYERS RESPONSIBILITYIt is the responsibility of the buyer to note any expiration dates or specific restrictions on packages. Since the items have been donated there will be no exchanges or refunds unless specifically stated in the package description or on the package certificate.

Also, unless otherwise indicated, certificates do not include gratuities or alcoholic beverages. Airline and trip arrange-ments are subject to availability. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The expiration dates on the certificates are final and may not be extended.

Unless otherwise indicated, all items expire December 31, 2011. In the event a donating company goes out of busi-ness before the expiration date on the package, the Nash-ville Predators Foundation may not be held responsible for any reimbursements.

Because of the possibility of last minute substitutions, the description of the bid sheet may supersede the description in the auction program. Neither the Predators Foundation, its Board of Directors, or the Predators will be liable for the accuracy of the description for the articles offered for bidding.

All auction items are purchased on an “as is” basis, unless written information to the contrary is provided. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Verbal agreements will not take the place of documented agreements and will not result in an exchange, refund or upgrade.

Autographed items are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If you have any questions about your item, please call Gina Maduri at 615-770-2331 or Rebecca Ward at 615-770-2321.

For tax information, please refer to I.R.S. guidelines. All contributions to the Nashville Predators Foundation are tax deductible as permitted by federal and state law (tax identification number 62-1751832. The amount of the contribution that is deductible for income tax purposes, is the excess of the amount contributed over the value of the goods or services provided by the Predators Foundation.

We gratefully acknowledge those who donated prizes and apologize for any merchant or individual not included due to printing deadlines. As a result, additional items may be on display.
