Violence is a perpetual problem and a global one.

Murder was front & center across the States again, last December after the Connecticut shooting of 26

elementary school children, teachers, and their principal, along with the shooter’s suicide after killing his own mother

What can I do, you might ask?

Keeping the Conversation & Questioning Going…

My ‘asking questions’ methods customize my work with individuals, and small or large professional groups… for example:

What in your home supports and promotes violent behaviour?

What about your discipline approaches at home or professionally: are they punitive, wellness/growth promoting, and evolutional?

What in your schools’ consequence policies supports violence?

Is there a system-wide, us/them approach that promotes peaceful feelings about staff, students and others?

What comprises nonviolent education for you, your family, and your school?
