If all of the Eligibility Requirements set forth below are met, this Mastercraft

Limited Warranty Enhancement supplements the standard limited warranty

(the “Standard Limited Warranty”) covering Heritage Vintage, Heritage

Premium or Heritage Woodgate Shingles when installed by a TAMKO Pro

Certified Roofing Contractor.

Full Start Period: The Full Start Period is the initial period of the Term during

which TAMKO’s obligation is not prorated and includes the reasonable cost

of labor. If all of the Eligibility Requirements set forth below are met, the Full

Start Period for Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium and Heritage Woodgate

Shingles is increased to 30 years. (In the Standard Limited Warranty, the Full

Start Period is 20 years for Heritage Vintage and Heritage Premium Shingles

and 15 years for Heritage Woodgate Shingles.) During the Full Start Period,

TAMKO will provide a Material Certificate for replacement shingles to repair

or replace all shingles with manufacturing defects which have directly caused

leaks and a Labor Payment Certificate that may be used to pay the reasonable

cost of installing such replacement shingles. In addition, during the Full Start

Period, TAMKO will include in the Labor Payment Certificate the reasonable

cost of tear-off, removal and disposal of shingles with manufacturing defects

which have directly caused leaks. After the Full Start Period, TAMKO’s

obligation will be to provide a Material Certificate for replacement shingles

prorated over the life of the Standard Limited Warranty. See the Standard

Limited Warranty for complete details.

Transferability: The Owner of Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium or

Heritage Woodgate Shingles, meeting all of the Eligibility Requirements

set forth below, may transfer the Standard Limited Warranty with this

Mastercraft Limited Warranty Enhancement one time during the first ten

years of the Term to a Purchaser. No other transfers are permitted.

Some words used in this Mastercraft Limited Warranty Enhancement have

specific meanings which are defined in the Standard Limited Warranty.

See the Standard Limited Warranty for definitions. Except for the extension

of the Full Start Period, and the period during which the Standard Limited

Warranty may be transferred, all other terms, conditions, remedies, rights,

prorations, limitations and exclusions contained in the Standard Limited

Warranty applicable to Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium and Heritage

Woodgate Shingles shall remain the same. This Mastercraft Limited Warranty

Enhancement does not change, alter or extend the terms or liability for the

Limited Wind Warranty or the Algae Cleaning Limited Warranty contained in

the Standard Limited Warranty.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for this Mastercraft Limited Warranty

Enhancement, all of the following requirements must be met:

(1) Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium or Heritage Woodgate Shingles

must be installed on a single or multifamily dwelling, building for religious

services, condominium, school, office building or multi-use structure.

Buildings containing swimming pools or used for manufacturing, industrial

or agricultural activities are not eligible for this Mastercraft Limited

Warranty Enhancement.

(2) All roof components above the roof deck must be installed by a TAMKO Pro

Certified Roofing Contractor of the Owner’s choice. TAMKO is not liable

for improperly installed roofs or workmanship, whether or not the roof is

installed by a TAMKO Pro Certified Roofing Contractor.

(3) Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium or Heritage Woodgate Shingles must

not be installed over existing shingles. Complete tear-off of previously

installed shingles, underlayments and other roof components above the

roof deck is required. Re-covers or roof-overs do not qualify.

(4) Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium or Heritage Woodgate Shingles

must be installed over all roof planes of the building. Partial installations

do not qualify.

(5) Your TAMKO Pro Certified Roofing Contractor MUST register the

Mastercraft Limited Warranty Enhancement within 45 days after

commencing installation of the roof. It is the responsibility of the

Owner and not TAMKO to ensure proper and timely registration.

The Standard Limited Warranty for Heritage Vintage, Heritage Premium

and Heritage Woodgate Shingles is printed on the product wrappers.
