Villeroy&Boch made their first glass products as early as 1843. From this long tradition, a range has emerged that encompasses every-thing from decorative drinking glasses through basic and gourmet glass ranges, decanters, vases and glass underplates to cake plates and serving and dipping bowls.

Bereits im Jahre 1843 fertigte Villeroy&Boch die ersten Produkte aus Glas. Aus dieser langen Tra-dition ist mittlerweile ein Sortiment entstanden, das von dekorativen Trinkgläsern, Basic- und Gourmet-Glasserien über Karaffen, Vasen und gläserne Platzteller bis hin zu Tortenplatten, Servier- und Dipschalen reicht.

des verres taillés hautement décoratifs aux verres basiques ou gourmets. Des carafes, vases, assiettes de présentation, plats à tarte, ramequins et coupelles à sauce complètent aujourd’hui cet assortiment.

Fine china deserves cutlery that does it justice. Our ranges are made from high-quality stain-less steel – polished or brushed, combined with colourful plastic, with special silver plating or partial gold plating.

A la elegante porcelana le corresponde una cubertería acorde. Nuestros modelos están fabricados en acero inoxidable de calidad, pulido o cepillado, combinado con plástico de color, con plateado de calidad o dorado parcial.

The story of one of the longest established industrial com panies in Germany began over 260 years in Lorraine. In 1748, Jean-François Boch founded a small ceramics factory and captured the spirit of the era. By the time of his merger with Nicolas Villeroy’s earthen-ware factory in 1791, the foundations were laid for the now world-renowned brand, which today embodies both tradition and lifestyle. Over the past eight genera-tions, Villeroy&Boch has been shaped by the dedication of its founding families – and thanks to its unbridled spirit of innovation, has developed a quality that makes the company unique.

La storia di una delle aziende tedesche più ricche di tradi-zione ebbe inizio oltre 260 anni fa a Lothringen. Nel 1748, Jean-François Boch fondò una piccola manifattura di cera-miche cogliendo appieno lo spirito dell’epoca. All Villeroy&Boch products are clearly identifi ed as to whether they are ‘dishwasher-proof’ or ‘dishwasher-safe’. The inglaze decorations on the glaze are even better protected in the dishwasher-proof collections. The extreme chemical and thermal stresses in themachine thus barely affect the porcelain, providing the dish washer is correctly operated:

for long periods of time

so that the remaining water vapour does not condense on the dishes

on rinsing times and detergent quantities

decorated dishes

All services and designs designated ‘dishwasher-proof’ have withstood standardised tests at Villeroy&Boch of at least 1000 wash cycles with no damage. Products designated ‘dishwasher-safe’ have withstood 500 wash cycles with no damage – however, we always recom-mend washing high-carat gold, silver or platinum design dishes by hand.

Welche Produkte von Villeroy&Boch „spülmaschinenfest“ und welche „spülmaschinengeeignet“ sind, ist stets genau gekennzeichnet. Bei den spülmaschinenfesten Kollektionenwerden die Inglasurdekore von der Glasur noch besser geschützt. Alle mit „spülmaschinenfest“ ausgezeichneten Service bzw. Dekore haben normierte Tests bei Villeroy&Boch mit min-destens 1000 Spülgängen unbeschadet überstanden. Pro-dukte mit der Kennzeichnung „spülmaschinengeeignet“ haben 500 Spülgänge unbeschadet überstanden – wir empfeh len daher, hochkarätige Gold-, Silber- oder Platin-Dekore von Hand zu spülen.

Nous vous recommandons de procéder au lavage manuel des pièces avec décors en or fi n, argent ou platine.

Sui prodotti Villeroy&Boch è sempre indicato se sono inalterabili o lavabili in lavastoviglie. Nelle collezioni inalterabili in lavastoviglie, i decori sottosmalto vengono protetti ancora meglio.
