Pool deck resurfaced Cool Deck and new signage installed with

Spa Completely Refurbished New tiling, Pebble Tec coating and new gratings

Pony Wall Patched and painted in current HOA colors.

Pool Bathroom Remodeled Tile grout cleaned. New faucet, pedestal basin,

mirror, lighting and paper towel holder. Walls and door painted in HOA colors.

New external sconce. Art work sourced fromconsignment store.

Uneven Pathways In Common Areas Were identified and repaired.

Specialist company hired to grind down edges to remove trip hazards
