A VIBRANT VISION OF THE FUTURE

More than any other builder, Times Group is changing the face

of Markham. With the creation of Uptown Markham,

the lands flanking Highway 7 are being totally transformed.

Here a magnificent new master-planned community is now

unfolding as the area continues to welcome new jobs and new

students, including the new York University. In May 2015, the

Province announced that Markham was the approved location

of a new York University campus. It is expected to open in 2018

with 5,000 students to start, growing to 20,000 in 20 years.

From east to west Times Group is changing the face of Highway 7

Uptown Markham has quickly become THE destination for those seeking to live,

work and play in this vibrant urban centre. Living here at Village Park, you are a

just a short stroll from parks and green space, with nature trails leading to the

serenity of Toogood Pond. Or walk just across the street to the Whole Foods

store for the finest in fresh produce and groceries. It’s just one of the many fine

shopping and dining establishments you’ll enjoy at the nearby Uptown Market,

with over 170,000 square feet of wonderful neighbourhood shops and services.

Page 6: Village Park Phase 2

Village Park is strategically situated on a

major VIVA Transit route, with a bus stop

located minutes from your door. Here

you have easy access to all points across

York Region, with links to both GO Transit

and TTC connections that will get you to

downtown Toronto quickly and conveniently.

For drivers, the proximity of Highway 7 and

the new 407 extension make commuting

a breeze, as well as cutting travel time for

those with a cottage in the Kawarthas.

Living and learning The map of Markham is changing, as more and more amenities

are added to those already enjoyed by residents. That includes

new schools that are being added to those already existing

throughout the community, including York University’s modern

new campus which will soon provide Canadian and international

students with professionally - relevant academic programs and

workplace-based learning opportunities – all just a

short walk from Village Park.

kitchens designed for the epicure

It is one of the most-used and essential rooms in any

house. That is why Times Group has spared no expense

in the creation of the spacious eat-in kitchen in your new

Village Park home – with its European-style cabinetry

featuring under-cabinet LED lighting and pantries, your

choice of gleaming quartz or granite countertops,

extended island worktops, and a stainless steel

MieleTM appliance package. All designed to suit

the most demanding of gourmet tastes.

bathrooms elegantly accessorized

Each townhome at Village Park comes with a multitude of

bathrooms – almost one for every bedroom – so our design

team has ensured that each is its own unique and private

sanctuary, sumptuously appointed in every detail. From the

gorgeous vanities with quartz or granite countertops

to the oversized soaker tubs, the superlative quality

and craftsmanship are clearly apparent.

The townhomes of Village Park are imbued with a dignity and stately

from the rest. They reflect a time-honoured architectural style infused

with a bold new spirit and modern attitude – a combination sure to

appeal to those with the most refined tastes and sensibilities.
