COUNCIL HIGHLIGHTS

1. Council approved the Flagstaff Intermunicipal
Partnership 2019 Operating Budget and Requisition for FIP in the amount of $146,650 with a requisition amount of $76,500-Alliances requisition amount being $559.00
2. Council directed the CAO to write a Letter of Support for the ACP grant in the amount of $75,000 for the next phase of the Regional Governance Project
3. Council made a motion to have water shut off at 2 prop-erties due to none payment.
4. Council made a motion to appoint an address to Block C Plan 6046CL as 206 Alliance Ave W
5. Motion was made to appoint Karen Barnes as the financial reviewer for library financials in 2018.

The 21st annual FIRST Supper and Auction recently held in Daysland, was again a huge success, total revenue was the second largest ever at $36,580.00. This
includes supper ticket sales, auction sales, and cash donations. After expenses the revenue is used in our Flagstaff community for worthy events,
an arm of FFCSS, this year’s proceeds will contribute to Drug Awareness, Assisting Youth at Risk, Hospice Training, Counselling Outreach Program,
Flagstaff School Programs, Suicide Awareness, Care-A-Van, Educational events, Community Partnerships, and Men’s Group. For more information call 780-385-3976 Program Director Lynne Jenkinson, or visit our website:

ders donated $100 each) then beef was donated to food bank.
