Differences between E&S and Stormwater Training and Certification

Training and Certification

E&S• PEs, LLAs, LAs, LLSs and

PSSs are considered qualified to do plan review without the Plan Review Course and Exam

• Everyone needs to take the classes or the online recertification exam to maintain their certification

VSMP• Everyone needs to take the

Plan Review Course and Exam to be qualified to do plan review

• PEs, LLAs, LAs, and LLSs are required to take the initial exam, after which they only need to pay for the renewal of the certificate
