The Views at Coolray is one of the most unique living experiences in the region.

The Views at Coolray Field is a luxury apartment complex with direct line of sight to Coolray Field, the Gwinnett Braves’ home venue. The design is focused around two courtyards where the residents will enjoy views of the field. By unifying the outfield seating area and the courtyards, HGOR was able to raise the court yards and lower the outfield seating, which created a better environment for both the residents of the development and the fans attending the game. These courtyards include detailed hardscape areas that provide a great game experience, and also a unique living environment during the off-season.

The east courtyard combines a series of outdoor spaces with an infinity edge pool which in turn provides clear views of the infield. The west courtyard has a more relaxed feel and takes full advantage of full views of the ball park. The Views at Coolray is one of the most unique living experiences in the region.
