五．Temperature setting method

Press SET button(short press) under normal working status,humidity window show code PP, blink on on the window show the temperature valve

under current setting,pres “+”button or “－”button to adjust temperature to

using one. After finish setting, press “SETTING” button exit or no operation on button more than 10s, the system can automatic exit and changed parameter can be auto-saved.

六．Eliminate Alarming

When the incubator alarming, press “–”button, the alarming sound disappear, if the alarming light is still on, Press “–”button again, alarming sound recover.

七、 Open illuminate method

(1) Automatic illuminate function: press LIGHT button(short press),it can

realise open/close illuminate function,and if nobody operation,it can

automatic close after LED light on 5 minutes.

(2) Constraint illuminate function: Long press LIGHT press for 3s (long

press),it can realize open/close illuminate function, and if nobody

operation, the LED light will on for long time and repetitive operation once

can close.

八．Restore Factory Setting method

Press “+” and “- ” meanwhile for more than 5s (long press) under the normal working status,buzzer call a sound , after the screen show “DAY. DAY. DAY DAY .DAY ”restore normal working status, all the paramater will restore factory defaults---temperature value is 37.8℃ and incubation days will restore to 1 day.

九 、 Checking and correction incubation

days method

(1) Query incubation days method: long press SET button more than 3s,and the

screen show code P1 and then press SET button,switch code to F3 option,the

value of number on show is current incubation days.

（2）Press+/- can adjust incubation days for F3 value and when the incubation

days stop the date can hold.

(3) Incubation days of factory default is 1, from the incubator on work ,the

timing unit is 24 hours /day.

(4) The Maximum days for incubation is 99 days and it will not accumulate more

than 99days.

(5) Long Pressing “+” button more than 3s under the normal working status,

incubation days will restore to 1day.

十 ． Temperature and humidity manual

calib method

It will appear deviation for long time using the temperature and humidity

sensor, we can calibrate according the exactly thermometer and hygrometer.

Temperature calibration: long pressing SET more than 3s, screen show the

code, press SET button switch code to F1 option,F1 will be the current

temperature value and press “＋”or“－”button,adjust the temperature as

same as the thermometer.

Humidity calibration: same as operation above,when the screen show F2

press “ ＋ ” or“ － ” button, adjust the humidification as same as the

hygrometer..

十一. Sensor error

When the temperature window shoe EEE and temperature sensor break down or no connection, meanwhile the electric heator stop working. When the humidity window shoe EE and humidity sensor break down or no connection,when any sensor break down,the buzzer will chirp.

十 二 、 Dual power automatic

identification function

This incubator has dual power automatic identification function,when the 12V

battery and 220V AC access system at the same time , the system preference for

220V city power,and 220V power light on work;when city power outage, the

system switch to 12V battery DC power and 12V power light will on work.

Remark : Under setting status,setting paramter blinks diplay and no press button more than 10s ,the system will exit setting status and revised parameter auto-saved.

十 三 . Pressing setting button (short press) under normal working status, the

controller will enter fiducial temperature parameter setting.(After the system

leave factory,user only an setted fiducial parameter and temperature parameter

will change with setting of the fiducial parameter.)

十四． Attentions and maintenance

1,Regular Checking water lever in the water tank , no water shortage for the incubator and low humidity affect incubation effect.

1. Do not using this machine for long time, stop using for 1-2 days when finish one batch, increased the lifetime of machine.

2. Regular checking the work status of temperature and humidity display screen ,fin turning and egg turning motor ,ensure the incubator normal running and finish incubation.

3. Using dry cloth scrub every parts when the incubation finish, clear the villus of young chicks and put away to use next time.
