1. Why is it important to understand the difference between computer literacy an information literacy ?

The development of information technology to make the information system easy and important for processed that match the goals desired by the organization

2. Discuss the three elements of an information system (hardware, software and persware) that managers must consider. Which of the three do you consider the most important ?

Of the three elements it is very important depending on the activity or work to be done because the three elements are mutually united and equally needed

3. Which of the six business objecives do you think is the most important ? How can information system help a business meet these objectives ?

The most important is business strategy. In writing this strategy, we need proper analysis in order to take advantage of opportunities. The type of analysis that can be used for example is the SWOT analysis. With this analysis, we can know the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a product so that it can implement the right marketing strategy without wasting time, effort and cost.

4. Discuss the three different perspectives of viewing problems organizations, people, and technology in relation to critical thinking skills.

5. Discuss the impact globalization is having on the use of information systems in

business. The impact of globalization encourages leaders to always see each other the latest

information that can be used to be more effective, efficient and controlled by promoting competitive advantage locally and globally through improving the quality of human resources, goods and services produced and utilization of information technology effective
