1. Why is it important to understand the difference between computer literacy an information literacy ?

Because Literacy Computers are the knowledge and ability to use computers and technologies efficiently while Literacy is the ability to know when there is a need for information, to be able to identify, find, evaluate, and effectively use that information for problems or problems encountered.

Computer literacy is one of the basic ICT learning and training tools, which helps the participants to get the most out of using ICT through the agility of the trainee's fingers who are trying to get used to computer devices to process and utilize the computer as a tool to explore and engineer information.

2. Discuss the three elements of an information system (hardware, software and persware) that manager must consider. Which of the three do you consider the most important ?

I think all three are same important. but I think the most important is hardware, because without software hardware and the like will not be able to walk or work.

3. Which of the six business objectives do you think is the most important ? how can information systems help a business meet these objectives ?

I think the most important thing is to maintain the existence of business. because I think by maintaining the existence in the world bisnin we can remain in the world of busnis.dalam efforts to maintain the existence of business, we also can get new innovation so that we remain in existence of this business.

4. Discuss the three different perspectives of viewing problems – organizations, people, and technology – in relation to critical thinking skills.

I think perspective in organizational problems. Can not be done in the process of solving the problem without causing problems. and of course we got a lesson in it so there is no problem anymore.

organization. with organizations we can work together to improve a quality and we can exchange ideas with each other within the organization.

technology. with the technology is very helpful to us to create new innovations and help us to more easily get new information.

5. Discuss the impact of globalization on the use of information systems in business.

I think there are two effects of globalization. namely positive and negative impacts.

in terms of positive globalization is helpful with. which is very sophisticated in the time of globalization. so that we can always innovate and not stay in time.

in terms of negative globalization can increase competition in the business world
