Prior to working with Integra Technical Services (Latin America/North America) in 2015, Victor developed his technical and professional background in insurance industry managing and coordinating adjustment groups, adjusting a wide variety of industrial losses, surveying risk and appraising industrial facilities. Previously he also develop his engineering background working in engineering companies in projects related with Oil and Petrochemicals facilities, Cement plants, Metallurgical facilities and in a multinational vehicles assembly plant. He remained teaching Mechanical Engineering Design at Central University of Venezuela from 1980 to his retirement in 2011.
Twenty eight years ago Victor commenced work in the world of adjusting as consultor with a small Venezuelan company specialized in machinery breakdown and industrial cases. After a recess of four years he returned full time dedicated to the adjustment of losses joining Cunningham Lindsey in Venezuela. There he was responsible for managing the staff that worked directly with the local market and himself handled a wide variety of property, casualty, construction, liability and time element claims for the local insurance and reinsurance market.
He has operated extensively throughout Latin America and Caribbean.
