The Minuteman Scholarship is an Army Officer producing program for the West Virginia Army National Guard. It is a 4 year scholarship opportunity for High School Seniors and Currently Serving West Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers planning on starting college in the fall semester of 2017. The Minuteman Scholarship is also a 2 –3 year scholarship opportunity for Currently Serving West Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers who are currently attending college.
